Tds cum clubing provision

assume that iam a minor and iam reciving a rental income after deduction of tds and my income is clubing in the hands of my dad...my question how should and who should claim a tds...and is it possible to change through online....

your father can claim the said TDS as the income is clubbed in his hands.
