my client has filled his return manually and it is a belated return of AY 2012-13 and forget to claim TDS Credit for that year can I claim that TDS

in case of belated return you cannot revise return so you can file rectification request u/s 154.

the ans is no as then you need to write an application u/s 154 manually only and on a plain paper you can do so.
