Dear Sir

i m referring the Acounts of one Company where They have purchased Battery for Computer purpose and put under head Computer exp and amount 56000. then tds is applicable dor payment

The purchase amount to battery is to be capitalised. Depreciation will be applicable on that amount.

On purchases there is not any tds liablility
