hi
i have referred the accounts of one company where medical exp put under the head" social welfare exp" 2) gift to employees put under head " employee welfare exp " in these cases any taxability arises.
so many exp they put uder these kind of heads then whats the meaning of it and explain the chargeability.

There is no tax liability arises.
Earlier it is taxable for the company under FBT but there is no FBT w.e.f. 01.04.09
