My office Building owner submitted Two bills every Month. One for Rent (inclding Rent) and another one mentioned "Maintenance Expenses for the Month"- Regarding common Security charges, water charges, common lights, etc.
Kindly clarify, whether TDS applicable for Maintenance Expenses for the month?.
