IF My client has send me a bill for reimbursement of purchase of software on my company behalf . then while making payment to the party should i deduct TDS for reimbursement of such OP expenses incurred on my company behalf ???

If Software readily available in the market, the no tds apply. if the software is designed and developed for your business then TDS will apply
