Dear Sir
WE are going to make payment to agent of shipping line who have received 100% DIT Relief from payment of Taxies in india as per DATT agreement. Shall we need to deduct TDS in Such case while making payment to agent of shipping line ?

TDS provision will not apply to Non Resident Shipping Agency.
