Dear Experts,
If a propritersip concern's turnover is above 1 cr in last year, but it not got the Tax audit in previous year 2013-2014. So now question is that TDS applicability will be there or not in FY 2014-2015?
can anyone please help.

Since the turnover of the preceding financial year crossed limit u/s.44AB, current year TDS provision will apply for the concern
