06 March 2010 I want to know whether TDS AO office address can be obtained if I have TAN no. of the assessee?
For one of our client we have received TDS demand short payment notice from CIT(TDS)[laxmi nagar, New Delhi] and the response of notice is to be sent to the concerned TDS AO & not TDS( CIT).
[TAN IS DELH04081A]
