Sir/Madam,
whether capital gain in the hands of NRI individual is subject to TDS deduction

No, TDS is deductible on services rendered. and capital gains is on the transfer of assets. Therefore, the same will be subject to normal provisions of income tax applicable on short term/long term gains appl.
