My Client Partnership firm is using business name and infrastructure as it is of other person and paid 11 month royalty , out of which, 03 months belongs to 10-11 and 8 months for next yr, Will TDS be under 194 J or 194 I, secondly on which amount ? on full 11 months or only for 03 months.....

194J will apply, deduction of TDS monthly basis payment and return quarterly basis.
