If rent paid exceed Rs. 180000/- Then at which amount tds is required to be deducted. Will tds be deducted in execss of Rs. 180000/- or including the amount of Rs. 180000/-

Rent for property & land : 10 % TDS to be deducted on the total amount including the 1st 180000/-
