Sir i gave contranct on 15/3/10 and tax deducted on same day but tds deposited in july 10.
Plz advise me exp allowable as exp u/s 40 (1) or not in f.y 2009-10

Allowed if the tds is deposited before the ITR & that too with applicable interest charges.
