16 April 2010 Dear Sir,

I want to know that it is mandatory to file E-TDS return for the firm having Tax Audit or if any firm or proprietorship business whose total entry of tds is more than 50 in a year.

If any circular on this issue is available then give me reference to this circular to me on my id.
