11 March 2010 Employee has paid advance tax.
He intimated this to employer.
So while issuing TDS certificate (Form 16)where should employer mention advance tax?

11 March 2010 DEAR MIHIR,

EMPLOYER IS NOT REQUIRED TO SHOW ADVANCE TAX PAID BY EMPLOYEE IN FORM 16. IT WILL BE REPORTED BY THE EMPLOYEE WHILE FILING HIS IT RETURN.

EMPLOYER IS ONLY REQUIRED TO SHOW TDS DEDUCTED ON SALARIES U/S192 BY HIM AND OTHER EMPLOYERS IF ANY.
