11 December 2009 if person have salary sleep in which tds and other deduction are mention on this base can he claim refund or salary certificate or form no 16 require?

11 December 2009 Government of India now permits assessee's to file return of income without annexes. As such u can file the return of income with out form no.16. If your employer had remitted the tax deducted to the Government, u will get credit for the same.
