26 October 2017 Dear experts, 1) what is the rate of TDs to be deducted for Director remuneration? 2) whether their salary structure and computation of income tax be same as that of normal employees salary? Thanks/ Maya

26 October 2017 Agree with Mr. Raja P M Sir 1) If remuneration paid is treated as profession service than TDS u/s 194J @ 10% but if director is treated as employee than TDS will be slab rate applicable to individual 2) TDS on employee is to deducted on all income reported by employee and only loss of House Property to be consider ( loss other than HP not to be consider for deduction of TDS)

26 October 2017 My dear Mr Ashiwini Ballodia Sir., I think the 2nd question is wrongly assumed by you... Correct me if I am wrong...! The 2nd question is "The director Salary treat as per normal employee salary and transactions also based in salary......

26 October 2017 And one more thing., Director salary is required TDS deductions if exceed the ceiling limit.... But, The Partners remuneration is no need deduction of TDS...

26 October 2017 Yes you are correct in 2nd question I thought that they are normal employee and I had given provision for deduction of TDS on salary
