hi friends i had small college and paid rent to landlord one lakh he asked deduct tds for rent.
but i dont know how to deducte tds i had pan, tan
please help me how to deducte tds.

Yes. You Deduct TDS. Its must for above Rs. 180,000/-p.a.
TDS Deduction @ 10% for Rent.
TDS Deduction @ 10% for Rent.
