Dear All,
how can I know that whether TDS deducted on
payment is deposited to government or not. & how to make the entry in tally, if suppose I have received 9000 after deduction of 1000 rupees as TDS. Under which head TDS account will go.

You can check your form 26AS to check the TDS payment status
