if I have undertaken transportation services and during transit some goods were damaged and as per our policy we recover the value of goods damaged from transporter.
total freight 90000
recovery of damaged goods 20000
should I deduct tds on 90000 or 20000???
transporter owns more than 10 goods carriage.

TDS is applicable on the value of bills, since the bill value Rs.90000 then need to deduct TDS on 90000
