30 July 2015 I A PVT LTD CO. FORGET TO DEDUCT TDS OF ONE PARTY WHO IS PVT LTD CO. ON AMC CHARGES BILL AMOUNT 30888 BUT ITS ANNUAL AMC CHARGES DOES NOT EXCEED ABOVE 75000 IS IT ACCEPTABLE.
