one of my client has two TAN no. in Oct 2012 he deposited TDS in old TAN no. which was not used. now cpc not issue tds certificate due to short payment of regular TAN no now what is the procedure to change the TAN No

1st surrender extra TAN using TAN correction form. See form from link given below:

For Correction of TAN in challan you will have to submit Indemnity Bond to your TDS Department. See the format from link given below:
