my company is paying RS 60000 PM to news paper company for giving advertisement in news paper,

my Question is... do we need to deduct TDS, if yes which section it will cover

12 March 2015 if it crosses 75000 yearly or if a single contract croses 30000 amount of payment... then u had to deduct tds

as u said its 60000pm.. then surely it wil cross the limits for the year.. u must deduct tds @ 1% for non company

2 % for company
