14 February 2015 If i am partner in Partnership Firm ...my capital A/c show in Debit balance .... i am paying interest to firm ....whether TDS Applicable or Not.....

14 February 2015 If your file was subject to Tax Audit u/s 44AB during the preceding Financial Year then you are required to deduct TDS otherwise not.
