one of our clients is paying amt for secunderabad club for displaying of car for 4 days. My query in this regard is whether to deduct TDS or not

another query in this regard is that we are using the club's place for displaying car then......(Whether it comes under 194i or 194c)

If you are making payment for space then TDS to be deducted @ 10% u/s 194I provided threshold limit of Rs 1.80 Lacs per annum is crossed.
If PAN not provided then TDS will be 20%.
If PAN not provided then TDS will be 20%.
