sir bill amount Rs.10000 plus service tax amount Rs.1236. onwhich amount income tax will charged.

If the service tax shown in the bill separately then you deduct TDS without considering service tax (exclusive of service tax), incase service tax not shown in the bill separately then you need to deduct TDS on full amount. ref: Circular 1/2014 dated:13/1/2014
