My tds deduct on commission 194h is RS. 35000/- for Financial Year 2013-2014. Can I get this TDS refund.

Yes u can claim this as Refund if ur taxable income is below limit. U can claim from Form 26AS at the time of filing ur ITR

you get refund if the tax credit exceed the tax liability. so compute your tax liability for the year and submit the same tot he income tax department in ITR4. any excess tax shall be refunded after processing of the tax return..

First do you have a PAN if so you CN claim the credit for the same in your income tax returns. If the credit (TDS) is more than the tax liability you will get the refund. If don't have A pan or fail to file the return s claiming the credit for the TDS amount you cannot get it back
