Plz help me on the following issue-
Generator rent (monthly)-
fixed - 18000 permonth
Diesel - 3 litre / hour
Total estimated payment
fixed 18000
diesel 8000
total 26000
my question is whether TDS is deductible on whole 26000 or only rent part i.e 18000

If you are getting the combined bill, the TDS on 26000/-.
if you are getting a rental bill for 18000/- & another bill for reimbursement of diesel exp supported by actual diesel purchase bills then TDS will apply only on 18000/-
