PAYMENT MADE TO A DIGITAL LAB FOR LOGO DESIGN,BRAND NAME & CORPORATE POSITIONING STATEMENT. (Its Preliminary EXpenses)
a) Is TDS applicable in this case?
b) If yes,what percentage and which category?

plz help me.
