PAYMENT MADE TO A DIGITAL LAB FOR LOGO DESIGN,BRAND NAME & CORPORATE POSITIONING STATEMENT. (Its Preliminary EXpenses)
a) Is TDS applicable in this case?

If PAN not provided then TDS will be deducted @20%.
