does TDS applicable on payment of telephone bill used by employees?
If yes what is the rate?
And this expenses needs to b treated as telephone exp or staff welfare as they r used by employees?
please clarify.

TDS not required to be deducted on payment of telephone bill. It will be booked as telephone expenses.
