I have received a bill of website development charges of rs. 74000 inclusive service tax ,service tax shown sepratly in invoice. so on what amount I should deduct TDs under 94c or 94j. should I deduct tds on inclusive service tax or not.
plz advice

Deduct TDS U/s 194J on amount excluding Service Tax.
