Salary for the month of April 2009 paid on 6-5-2009 and TDS deducted, what is the due date for depositing the TDS?

On or before 7th June 09.

On Salary TDS has to be made on payment basis. As stated that the Aprl salary is paid on 6th MAy , the TDS can be paid upto 7th June . Agree with BC
