If any caterer charge vat against food bill in that case TDS will be applicable for that particular bill( Bill Value more than Rs-50000/-)

IF CATERER BILL FOR SALE OF FOOD THEN NOT TDS APPLICABLE.
IF GIVE BILL OF CATERER SERVICES THEN YOU DEDCUTE TDS @ 1% OR 2% AS THE NATURE OF CATERER
NORMALL CATERER CHARGER BOTH SERVICE TAX AND SALES TAX.
IF GIVE BILL OF CATERER SERVICES THEN YOU DEDCUTE TDS @ 1% OR 2% AS THE NATURE OF CATERER
