invoice raised for expenditure for repair of machinery, which will give benefit for 2-3 years. so, the same exp capitalized. do we have to deduct tds?

what is the amount and if repairs is of highly technical in nature as it increases benefit for 2 years then u need to deduct tds u/s 194c/

capitalization of expense has no bearing on applicability of tds.
