hi,
regarding penalty notice issued by department for late filing of tds returns, there was stay order couple of months back.
i need to know if the judgement is out, which was expected yesterday.

no update yet on the judgment yet Kiran. Kerala High Court website is still showing it as pending with last hearing being shown as 14 Feb 2014.
