I file tds return and lost the receipt any procedure to get duplicate copy?

contact the NSDL office you filed it with. should not be a problem. Or call NSDL helpdesk @ 020-27218080. they should be able to assist you.

there is nothing called Jurisdictional CPC AO. In this case, he can contact TDS officer. But even that is not necessary. NSDL is sufficient.
