we have deducted tds on of 200 u/s 194 - c on 10/07/2013 still we have not paid tds suppose we paid tds on07/12/2013. pls inform interest is applicable for how many month.and if we paid tds on 08/12/2013.

Normally it will be 5 month counting from aug to dec ( 8th of dec) will be taken as full month for 1 month as part of month is taken full month.
