Please suggest What to do if i have deducted TDS towards intrest on security deposit under section 194A but deposited under section 194C and return file accordlly under section 194C But now party claim for issue of TDS certificateunder section 194A Is theire any law regarding this please help me

u need to revise the tds return and file with correct data.

1)first challan has to be corrected and then only you can revise tds return
2)better convince payee ,,if he gets total credit of tds deducted,,what will be problem for him
3)if he wants to revise means you should approach tds ao to correct challan and tds returns has to be revised which involves complex process and not possible for your payee to get credit in his 26AS with in 30th september
