24 July 2013 if a company has a registered office in Delhi and office in gurgaon and the company has TAN Number of delhi, he dewducts and deposit TDS in delhi, whether he is liable to deposit TDS in Gurgaon or Delhi??

24 July 2013 You can use same TAN to deposit TDS from both the offices.

24 July 2013 The HARYANA AO is saying as the office is in Gurgaon so it comes under Haryana jurisdiction?? Is there any such think written in the ACT on the basis of registered office we deposit it in Delhi jurisdiction as the Registered Office is in Delhi and the TAN is of Delhi jurisdiction.

25 July 2013 No such class in TDS payment. it can be deposited in Delhi also. some companies having centralised TAN for all over India and depositing the all TDS in one place. Tds payment comes under Central list so can be deposited any where
