A PRIVATE COMPANY CAN DEDUCT TDS FROM GOVERNMENT SECTOR

As per Section 196 if the Corporation is established under the central Act and is exempt from income tax on its income then tax is not required to be deducted. Payments to Govt are also exempt from TDS.
