Is there any time limit for TDS reversied return.

Thank sir. I have one quary,
Assement year 2012-13 TDS q1 and q2 I have filed successfully. But in salaries the PAN card number I mentioned wrongly. Then after I filed reversied return through RPU 3.1 software.
M working in manufacturing company. My boss tol him to do one more reversied return as on 2010-11. I founf the mistake.but I don't know how to rectify. As on 2012-13 I have RPU backup file is available. So I easily edit my mistakes and I filed. But here I don't have any backup file as on 2010 and 11. But my boss told me to rectify. How do I do it.??? If I get info means hw should I file? Either by rpu or 2010-11 ol rpu
