Dear Sir,
I am a Central Govt.defence Employee.For the A.Y 2012-13 the department has deducted TDS @ 20% due to not provided of PAN.The higher amount was deducted from my account.
Sir, I want to know from you now it is possible to recover this amount from Income Tax department.Please tell me.

Yes, you can claim refund from the income tax department by filing your IT Return.
