Hi i have received a vendor invoice pertaining tp printing charges of business cards, letterheads etc wherein he has charged me VAT.
Do i have to deduct TDS on the same at the time of making the payment ? Please advise.

No tds attract on printing charges. unless the printing person printed the materials issued by you.
