23 January 2012 TDS amount deducted by one of the party in April 2011. But till date & time (After 9 months) they have not yet deposited the same (I check in form 26AS) and i asked him many time verbally as well as in written. They do not gave me satisfactory answer. As per CBDT Circular No. 03/2011 dated 13/05/2011 the TDS certificate to issued by the deducter to deductee after end of each quarter. What is the procedure to recover my TDS amount / Certificate

23 January 2012 Write letter to the deductor officially for deposit of the TDS or refund the money.in case no reply go for legal action
