15 June 2010 Better ask the separate bill for each for deducting correct rate. If not possible safer side deduct Higher Rate u/s.194I

15 June 2010 Since it is nature of Rent it is covered under 194I. but Since your question little bit clarification required whtheter charges for using room or arranging the hotel?
