If any person is having salary slip only on this base can he claim Tds Refund . In salary slip all details are given .

Now return of income can be filed without form 16. File the return of income and if the employer had remitted the tax deducted to Government, u will get credit for that. If there is any excess deduction u are eligible for refund of tax.
