Sir,
I am having around 26 lakhs in my SBI Saving A/c ,which my father transferred to me on his superannaution.I am a govt. employee having around 9 lakhs p.a salary which goes to my separate salaried account of PNB.
Whenever,i am doing online transaction from my SBI a/c(i have not gone to the bank since 3 yrs),say for example...i transferred 34,500 for some fees,immediately a message came that rs 43/- has been deducted from my account as TDS..........can i avoid this??please help....

Bank has to deduct TDS as the interest amount payable to you by the bank exceeds Rs 10000/-. (You can only
avoid the messages and not TDS).
