Hi, I'm working in a Resident Welfare Association in Gurgaon as an accountant. I just joined here. Should we deduct TDS on payments made to a contract whose monthly bill is Rs.5 Lcs monthly. Since this is a resident association so I have some confusion. Please suggest me.Thanks (Ramesh)

well even if you are a resident association, you are required to deduct taxes on the payments made.
