CAN WE DEDUCT TDS ON AGENCY CHARGES,
EXAMINATION CHARGES & LOADING & UNLOADING CHARGES AND SERVICE PROVIDER CHARGED SERVICE TAX ON ABOVE SERVICE.

You can deduct TDS on all such type of contractual work U/s 194C, if the services are not specifically covered U/s 194J.
