31 May 2012 We are a LTD.company. Like TDS can we download TCS certificates from NSDL for FY 2011-12?

If no, then we have to issue it manually?
What is time limit for issue of TCS certificates for F.Y.2011-12 ? Is it to be issued quarterly or yearly?

31 May 2012 TCS certificates have to be downloaded from NSDL only.

The time limit for TCS certificates is the same as TDS certificates and periodicity is also same, i.e., quarterly.

31 May 2012 But as per NSDL site only facility for form No.16A is available and not for 27D.
